Guided meditations related to “Seeing that Frees” by Rob Burbea

Below are a collection of guided meditations I’ve recorded for various courses supporting the exploration of Rob Burbea’s book “Seeing that Frees”.

The book has all you need – every practice is broken out in ruled boxes within the text with concise and clear instructions. However, it has seemed helpful for some to have guided practices to support the exploration. It will be necessary for a meditator to digest and make any given practice instruction their own so they can apply the methods on the fly as their own experience unfolds…but sometimes it’s nice to practice with someone else’s slant/languaging of a practice to open one’s perspective a bit. Only a few of the practices within the book are here, and these are offered simply as a resource for those already working with the book

For those who are working with Seeing that Frees I strongly recommend listening to Rob’s talks from the 2010 “Meditation on Emptiness” retreat, and/or the 2009 retreat of the same name.
