March 2025 Creativity Course

Six-week course starts March 9th, 2025 to support opening and freeing the creative process. Suitable for artists, writers, and other creatives who wish to open possibly and adventure within one’s creative life.

Creativity and Meditation / Resources

Below you will find a selection of guided meditations and contemplations that can support those working with their creative process. It’s possible to engage with the creative process on it’s own terms, as a practice in and of itself. As well, taking some time to work directly with the creative process can be a very useful approach when one is struggling with art block, writer’s block, or just generally feeling disengaged or uninspired.

There is also a series of “contemplations”, which offer ways of connecting with the imagination from a place of meditative calm. They can offer ways to connect to the images, themes, and motifs that weave through our creative work in new and unexpected ways.
