Here you’ll find links to the recordings for each session, some resources to check out before you attend, and also this is where I’ll post any links to resources that come up within the monthly sessions. These sesions offer a chance to practice, reflect, and engage with creative process. First part is always a guided meditation suporting or exploring some aspect of the creative process. Second part is a teaching session with a talk + lots of time for group sharing & questions. The last part is a creative process session – scroll down for more information on what you need to bring + description of what these are like. If you’d like to read the original description of these meetings, you can do that here.

Ways to give Dana for these sessions.

These sessions are offered on a donation basis – it’s my sincere wish that they be available to anyone regardless of ability to pay. That being said, if you are able to support my time in preparing and offering these meetings and meditations I would greatly appreciate it. You can find ways to give dana on this page from the dharmacourse.org website through which I teach insight/emptiness courses. If you want to use PayPal, this is the link: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/susykeely.

Recordings of Previous Sessions

Recordings for the guided meditation + teaching portion will be put in this google drive folder after each session.

Resources for these sessions….

These drop-in sessions have three parts…Come to all or some, and check out these resources. My main intention with these sessions is to offer some inspiration in different ways (inspiration to practice, inspiration to create).

  1. Some info about creative process sessions (first link is essential info)
What is a creative process session like?
Helpful attitudes for entering into a creative process session
  2. Some resources for the teaching portions:
A few themes related to creative process & dharma (transcribed)
A short talk on connections between Emptiness Practice and Creative Process (28 min)
    .

Each week I’ll put links to any resources mentioned within the sessions on this very page.
